Transitioning from a fully mobile operation headquartered in a modest single garage in Roselle Park, NJ, J1 Door settled into Plainfield in December 2019, marking a significant milestone in our journey. In those early days, our trucks doubled as our office, bearing the marks of dedication, hard work, and perhaps a few spilled cups of coffee along the way.

As a minority-owned enterprise, we take immense pride in not just our heritage but also in fostering diversity within our team. Our staff proudly represents the rich tapestry of the African American community and individuals from the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Colombia, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and beyond.
